Claims Information
If you have a claim or a circumstance which you believe
may give rise to a claim involving any one of the four
coverages available, you should immediately notify your
Insurer in writing. This is for all PCG
members.
N.B.

- Specifically, you should ensure that you are compliant
with the provisions of Clause 9 of the "Special
Aggregate Excess Wording":
"No claim will be paid hereon unless
at the date of such notification of a Claim
the individual Assured is a fully paid up
member of PCG
or shall be fully paid up within 45 days
of such notification of such Claim."
This written communication should contain full details
about the claim.
